Hi, my name is Dr. Ania and I place you, as an individual, at the heart of my practice. Through careful listening, keen observation, and thoughtful inquiry, my goal is to gain a deep understanding of your unique needs and craft a personalized treatment plan for you. While my expertise is in helping runners and triathletes, I enjoy helping all athletes and other motivated individuals reach their physical goals.

I am originally from Poland, but I have also lived in France, Spain, and South Korea, as well as multiple US states. I enjoy training for and competing in various marathons and triathlons. In the wintertime, I love to ski and sit by the fireplace and enjoy a hot beverage. When not pursuing athletic endeavors and being busy with my dogs, I love to travel with my husband Jay and experience all the wonders near and far.

I believe that every new experience brings an opportunity for us to learn and grow. I love to move and I welcome new challenges with open arms. I try my best to approach everything with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. People say that my adventurous spirit is contagious and inspiring - I hope to inspire you to accomplish great things for yourself!
